Middle school photography dabbled in all sorts of cameras. Students were able to create identity photograms which helped them to appreciate the basic definition of photography..."painting with light." They then created with pinhole cameras to grasp the camera definition, "a light tight box with a hole in it." Rounding out their black and white experience with the 4x5 camera and 35mm cameras. They finished the two week session using the DSLR camera, producing modernized color imagery.
